Just wanted to give my review.
As I came on Saturday for surgery you and the team in Operation Theatre were so humble, as this is my first experience of surgery in till now.
I don't fill so many tens in your observation. Otherwise, 99% of any person will feel the tension in going into the operation theatre.
I feel fully safe n secure 100%.
Your full staff on the 4th floor is so polite. They never said no to anything. Either is a medical staff or supervision staff everyone so co-operates.
Your housekeeping is good they came for twice, or some time thrice in a day for cleaning the room, bathroom.

They ensured I had a smooth preparation for my mother surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Genesis Multi-speciality Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

β β β β β Hospital premise is very clean and their motive is also to clean your pocket... Simply bole to lootne ki machine...Management system is very bad.. You have to wait for long time just because of their poor management...
The sole aim or motive of the hospital is to make MONEY... Patient's need is second priority, first priority is to make money...
Don't go for it...

β β β β β Hospital is located on Raiya road in Rajkot. Hospital is Newly constructed. It is neat and clean. Staff is helpful and attentive. Ambulance service is available. 24Γ7 emergency services are there. There were mixed opinion for doctors expertise among patients relatives.
