Genestrings Diagnostic Centre (GDC) is a NABL-accredited genetic testing lab based in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, which is in operation for four years. For the past 35 years, we've been a part of one of the country's oldest and most reputable healthcare organizations, Yashoda Super Specialty Hospitals in Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. Three Super Specialty Hospitals and the Seeds of Innocence IVF Clinic network are also part of our group of companies. Our lab at IGI Airport in Delhi was the country's first on-arrival RT-PCR testing facility at any international airport. Both our Malviya Nagar and T3, IGI Airport laboratories are NABL accredited and ICMR approved.

We were worried that he would have to go stand in line in the crowded airport again to get access to the results. I got the what's app support number from Genestrings website and they shared his report with me in under a minute after the required authentication checks. The support agent was Mahesh Thakur - super responsive and helpful :)

Very helpful staff and customer service! Prompt response, got report in 4hrs , staff provided printed report and manager helped to complete my travel documents and stamp required for my destination country. Both report and stamp accepted by japan airlines Delhi and Immigration office Tokyo International Airport! Thanks to the manager !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Everyone, i am sharing my real Experience with Genestrings Diagnostic centre at Delhi airport T3 IGI.
Coz of some reasons I reached at the airport at 10 am and I gave my samples at 10:25 am .
Generally it take 6 to 8 hours time to get the report of RT PCR test. So I did it and my flight time was 3:30 Air Arabia. I speak to Genestrings Team and they said air it will take 6 to 8 hours. And I didn't have this much time, everyone there were telling me to Cancel the tickets.
Then I Called Genestrings Customer care and I spoke to Mohit and Kavita. I explained my situation and they sent me the link to share the test info I did.
It was impossible to get my test reports but Kavita and Team understood my situation and helped me to get the test reports on time and helped me to get the flight.
It was a great great help and they are so supportive and helpful.
I really appreciate their help.
I would request everyone to reach the airport 6 to 8 hours early if they want to get the Covid test done here.
So that they can avoid unnecessary problems.
But if anyone has genuine problem they can contact to customer service team they are really good they understand the problem and definitely they will help you I very very thanks to the team Kavita and Mohit all the best guys and very good service of Genestrings diagnostic centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! They’re doing nothing but taking advantage of people in this pandemic era, who has no option but to go through these checks. I got to airport 5-6 hours early to get the Rapid PCR testing done (on website it says it takes 60-90 mins). After sample collection, I waited for an hour and went to collect my report, the people on desk said - “come back in an hour”. They have no regard for your time and urgency, whether you catch/miss your flight. My flight’s check-in had started at that point and since immigration and security were also taking lot of time to get through, the situation was getting really frustrating for me. After waiting another half hour I went back and saw a long queue at the report collection desk which was moving extremely slowly. I asked around and found that people had been waiting for over two hours and still hadn’t gotten their report! On top of that the staff at collection desk were not very polite. I decided to use the PCR test I had gotten from my local hospital a day earlier, for my journey. I was only getting this test done at the airport from Genestrings because I had it pre-booked for few weeks. Overall, I would not recommend them to anyone, instead, there’s another service from a different lab just outside the airport who are getting the test and providing report much quickly! Or get it done beforehand from some other reliable place. There’s no option for refund/ cancellation as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Testing at this facility and guidance was seamless. Everything went smoothly and got the results for rapid testing earlier than expected. I did mess up just before boarding by misplacing the covid report, and would have been denied boarding but reached out to them on WhatsApp and they sent me a soft copy immediately. Big thanks to Mr. Mahesh Thakur who was at the other end of the conversation, to get me the report on priority and help me with the boarding process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most professional services we ever received in India were with Genestrings Diagnostic Center. Made an appointment one day in advance and got checked in right away. All the staff members were very friendly and very happy to answer all the questions. It was very quick to drop the sample and received report in the email about 6 hours later.
There was mistake on the report and I called them. I was asked to send the picture of report and the picture of passport and received the corrected copy in literally 5 minutes. Priyanshi helped us in the process.
Please get yourself tested at their facility if you’re traveling and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
