★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest housing complexes of South Kolkata. However, it is still in good condition. There are Kids play grounds and sitting parks also. It is also calm and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best properties that I've been to. The towers are all at an optimum distance, with sufficient driveway and allows enough space for pedestrians to walk. The management of their community center, gym, open ground and gardens is impeccable. The complex has an ATM center, provision store,and also online deliveries. A paradise for every age group, children, working professionals, young families, senior citizen. The small lake with plenty of small fish is an attraction for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a tenant here for 6 years and then purchased a flat. Will be a great place to stay after joka metro become functional. North side flats have blocked south face and south side flats have better ventilation. North side towers are better built than south side. Inspite of many problems, still managing to give pipe line gas, water and sanitation and a relatively small club with Gym, swimming pool, courts and football ground. Streets are well lit, but there are some street dogs, other than pets. There is a restaurant, a grocery store a vegetable shop, a medicine and a food stall inside. A private clinic is also there, plus the welfare society conducts health camp. A temple can be seen, and full communal harmony is maintained.
