★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have any personal grudges with anyone but this company didn't pay off my salary of 10 days that is equals to 90 hours. I gave my 100% while working with this company as a fresher and even after just 3-4 days of joining I gave this company a selection of a candidate of 7 Lpa in Amoli Organics Company. I used to travel daily about 32 kms from my home to this company. I wanted to quit after they cut more than half of my salary of 6 days leaves of an urgency (according to their 1+1 salary deduction) but the HR admin told me before going for a leave that they will not deduct any salary. After coming from the leaves I worked there for 10 days and I wanted my hard working 90 hours salary but they denied and asked for a notice period of 1 month without giving any offer letter. Also they didn't tell about the1+1 salary deduction at the time of joining and also didn't gave any offer letter. This is not just about money but fair and unfair with an innocent fresher . I have all the proofs, So I am gonna complaint about this company to labour commissioner for doing fraud with an innocent fresher.
