★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted him seeing his google ratings on 17th May. And agreed on his asked price without any Negotiation. His initial response was very good, but later I found his behavior very unprofessional. He provided the basic initial designs but when it came to Elevation he said He don't know how to use the related software and the person who works with him is not available. So waited but even after 1.5 month I did not got the elevation designs. He even don't bother to reply your WhatsApp messages also He started avoiding my calls and giving false promises. I tried to contact him several times 1 day before Bhumi Pujan and Neev Construction but he did not answered my calls. I found his behavior highly unprofessional. So I changed the Architect. I don't want my money back or anything, Its just I lost too much time.
