The agency claims to be authorized samsung service centre but in reality they have no authorization. this has been confirmed when i contacted the customer care for samsung. and this is not all. thay have fleeced 4K for repairing the refrigerator when that was not even the issue. a simple pipe cleaning did the trick later when i called the authorized service centre guys. never trust and never use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They said they are authorised Samsung service provider. That's y I paid them 8000 to change the PVC board of washing machine. It didn't work properly even for a month. We asked them for refund but they were not ready for that. They had put duplicate product because of which it didn't work properly. Please don't take the service from them. When I got it repair from the authorised dealer, it costed me only 4500 rupees for the original board.
