★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and support from Genus. I am trying to lodge a complaint for my solar system (Battery + Inverter) but couldn't do so. Tried customer support number and live chat both multiple times but no response yet. This is by far very frustrating. After service support is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Their customer support people don't have the a professional way of talking. I logged a complaint online but got no update after 24 hours so I called the customer care and he said "We have no information about the online complaint". This is by far the most unprofessional way of after service support. Dead Customer service with complete unprofessional behavior. On my first google review they provided an email address but no one responded on that email as well. SR220501003 . I am going to write to national consumer helpline followed by consumer court if required
