★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL DR: Avoid this lab at all costs.
One of the worst diagnostics centre I have ever visited. Almost equivalent to or maybe even worse than a govt one. I went to them for my covid tests. Instantly I was disappointed by their management. There was no enforcement of the covid protocols whatsoever. Their staff was roaming around like they are patients and 90 percent of them were not even wearing masks.
Now coming on to testing. The guy took me to the terrace, yeah you heard it right. Btw for going to terrace you have to climb 3 sets of terribly built stairs (good luck with that).He took my sample and then went off.
Now the last part and probably the most disappointing one. They told me that I will get soft copy of reports in night but I didn't receive any. So I tried to call them in morning. I have call log records, I tried to call them nearly 20 times. Each time they either didn't pick up or hang up the call.
This lab is ICMR certified. I don't know if the guy who certified this lab was drunk or was bribed. I highly recommend to not go to this lab at all. Fortunately I gave my sample to one more lab and they were more than good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more than 48 hrs haven't received my RTPCR report when I called them the person who picked up the phone says it will take one more day... even govt hospitals are providing the report within 48 hrs.. if you unable to do that do not commit for the same. Never seen such a pathetic service ever.. you should shut down you lab and stop playing with people life..
Don't have option to give you negetive star..

Having a reachable phonenunber would be an area of improvement and to pick up call in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing is for sure even if this third class lab gives any freebies won't take their service at all.
No one is ready to answer the call even if they have phone in hand. Sample collection person is so mannerless doesn't knows how to talk to customer.
Charging more then market rate not giving any receipts and even if u ask for any receipt they deny for it.
They are like scammers who are very polite before sample collection and once payment is made they don't answer phone calls or they misbehave with you.
Who so ever is paying extra price definitely needs prior service but these thugs just know to fill their pocket.
