★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service... Mr Nigam and Ashok both are not serious about their customer requirements and complaints... I had purchased a pipeline bucket 10 days ago..but I have not received yet...now no one is giving me proper answer..
If you can not solve your customers problems then you don't have to sell machines to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services I ever got is by the case company.
I am facing countinous problem by this machine.
From the beginning,
1. With in 15 days of my new machine my New tyre got puncher and when we opened the tyre we got Packed of Vimal, rajshree which teared the tyre in the new machine 770 by case. Still I am asking for my reimbursement for the tube.
2. Within 4-5 months of new machine my diesel pump stopped working after waiting for half of the month my problem got solved.
3. It's almost been 1 week or more that the problems are not solved and they stop answering the calls.
4. The problems reported with in the warranty time , they come when the warranty is over and then they say that warranty is over sorry couldn't help you when I said I had complained 20-25, days ago they say we don't have record I showed them the complain no. everything they denied to solve my problem.
5. They will only help you till you are interested in them if you complained about their services or anything they will start ignoring you.
I have purchased Case 770 Kirloskar Machine on 26 March 2019 and few days ago my machine is out of warranty and the problems which are reported before the Warranty date they denied to help me and when they heard that I purchasing a new machine they started calling and acting like they want to help.
I seriously recommend everyone don't purchase this machine.
They don't have proper arrangements with kirloskar and they will just hang you with your problems they are just interested in selling machine not in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-His sale team member mr rajpal and Madhusudan cheat me,he sale defective roller and not do pdi job before delivery roller ,now at time of delivery roller was not in working condition and some parts was missing,some part was damage,some parts was not work properly,and hydrolic system was over heated after run couple of minutes,geo infra was fully 420
2-company was also not able to do registration job,now panility was start by mp rto department
3- now finally we see only 2days after that we do f.i.r namely mr rajpal and geo infra,second file 420 case in the court third make video and upload all social platforms like you tube and face book etc
