★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disgrace. I travelled with them through the person named Ahmad. It was no less than a nightmare. The visa was received at the airport while leaving for umrah, no group n no group leader, was left all by ourselves absoltely. Sent along with absolutely ill mannered group from some village who didnt have the sense of not smoking close to a sleeping baby in a closed ac bus which clearly said no smoking. The driver had to yell to make him stop smoking. They charged around 25000 for the baby's food and bus transport which wasn't needed. Same food most of the time. The group invited all their relatives living in Saudi to the hotel and there was absolte nuisance and shortage of food. Madinah hotel was a sick smelly place instead of what was promised on the paper. Same food issues n lots of compromise to focus on than concentrating on umrah. To save money, they made us travel back from madinah to jeddah to delhi for 24 hrs instead direct madinah to delhi. Last but not the least, no support was provided to travel to the bus stop around 2 kms away at 3am and we guys from delhi had to pull 50kgs luggage. Reached jeddah airport 5 hours earlier without any food supply or support. Not recommended at all. Shameless people. Not recommended at all.
