★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst beauty services ever. They don't have professional beauticians. She burnt my arms, underarms and bikini with Rica wax. I have been using Rica wax since 3 years on my skin and this is the first time I've experienced such burns. I am never going to opt for GetLook ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst of the experience. First the stylist arrived 30minutes late.
I had ordered for full hands and legs waxing which took the stylist 3 hours.I had to micromanage her for the directions of the hair growth as she was highly untrained to do waxing and still the hairs were left.
Also ordered for neck and shoulder massage for 25minutes and the stylist did it just for the sake and time-pass and for this service she actually finished before time surprisingly. I have been a taker of massages for all my life and for the first time I got to know that one has to relax as in the therapist should not massage for 10 minutes in the mid of the massage to relax so you can imagine the how great it was.. Highly untrained stylist. My experience with them was disappointing and shockingly worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was anything negative, I would've given that. I didn't have worst experience with any other company like I had with this. When I made a booking, they called and said that beautician was available and so I made the payment, after I made the payment they said the beautician was not available so I asked them to refund the money. It's been almost 25 days today and whenever I message/ call them there is no proper response, no one even cares. I don't understand how they are planning to run the company. Such cheaters these people are. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR SERVICE IS DONE. CONSIDER YOUR MONEY GONE OTHERWISE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, booked beautician but no confirmation till last moment.
Beautician calls and ask if she can come by 2 told m out please come by 3. Phone disconnects and no confirmation again. Tries to contact get look for more than an hour but in vain.
Finally she arrives at 5.20.
Untrained beautician, have hair patches even after waxing, poor nail filing and also cannot apply basic nail colour. Has never done such horrible detan no massage nothing just apply and wipe it off, this is what she did.
Very terrible service and experience....
Will never opt for getlook again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GetLook provides beauty services at home at affordable prices. Stylists are professionally trained and well behaved. Packages provided by them are reasonable whereas i feel individual service cost higher. But now a days they have started to cost of interest handling fees sort of.
Best part of it is that sitting at home you can get services done at your convenient time. I would definitely recommend this to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with get look. I booked a slot for henna application and facial. Since was booking for the first time hence I took cash as a payment option. Have got confirmation that a beautician will be assigned tomorrow few hours before the service. So tomorrow comes time when the slot was booked is passed but there is absolutely no update from get look neither they shared contact details of any beautician. Then I got there number from Google and called them. On call they told they are not servicing in Mumbai as per government norms. I mean why was I even allowed to book a slot if they are not servicing in the city. What if I would have opted for prepaid service. Had got the henna ready too and had to apply it by myself
So I am atleast never going for get look again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 'Get Look Salon' is a complete waste of money. Please be careful and do never fix any appointment with them. See how inexpert beautician they send for salon services at home and how she spoiled my eyebrows. She simply took out hair from the eyebrow line and said that "ap ka yeh jaga pe hair hi nahi tha". Such a waste of money and time. Now, I have a party to attend. I don't know how I will attend.
No one from their team didn't even call me for the harrasment they did with me.
Don't book any service from them even by mistake and ban "Get Look"..
