★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done pre-booking of the cab and paid the advance as well. I have been asking the details regarding the cab and driver week before the trip. They told me they would provide the details 3 hours before the trip. But they took lot of time and at the end the planned trip was cancelled at the last moment because of their irresponsible behaviour. If there was a chance of giving a zero I would have preferred that

We were a group of 8 and had booked an Innova crysta for our 7 day vacation to Shimla & Manali from Chandigarh. We had a very good experience and all thanks to the taxi driver Manpreet. He was very soft spoken, well behaved and had good driving skills and experience with the ghat roads. We felt completely safe and were guided well by Manpreet with the choice of restaurants and places to see. Rating 5 star to Manpreet for making it a memorable experience and providing professional service on behalf of Getmycab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a cab from Shimla to Chandigarh a week in advance. One hour before the travel time they call to say that because of some some glitch the fare mentioned on the website was incorrect and that I'll have to pay almost double the amount to get a cab else it won't be possible for them to provide me with a cab. This is so unprofessional! I personally wouldn't rely on them with any future bookings.
I had paid the entire booking amount in advance. Post cancellation, they have stopped responding to my calls regarding refund inquiry!!
On the basis of this experience, I'd suggest not to take your chances with them!

They were prompt in arranging a suitable car at a very reasonable rate. The driver, Rohit was very friendly, careful. I had my 78 year old stroke survivor dad with me. He made sure he was comfortable throughout the journey. Overall, I was very impressed with the service provided by GetMeCab and would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver was good in nature with positive attitude but it was Service Provider's responsibility to allocate a skill driver as per tour requirements who knows that places very well. But in my case driver was asking me about the places and route. This was very disappointing.
Kindly provide driver as per tour requirement.
