★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying furniture (sofa, table, side table, study table, office chair, shoe rack, etc.) from this place since last 8 months, I think 2 rating is something that I think is appropriate.
If you're looking for refurbished furniture or defective furniture, then it's a good place. If you are looking for throwaway furniture, then it's a good place to buy. However, if you are looking for quality, you may want to avoid this place.
Delivery is a major concern. Expecting timely delivery from this place is something you shouldn't expect. Recently purchased a shoe rack, had to return it twice due to defective product. Third one I got still has noticeable defects and I am tired of returning it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor, pathetic experience on my first purchase at this shop. Very bad customer support.
I purchased a dining table set from GetMyCouch. The salesperson told that the product will be delivered in 3-4 days. But it was delivered on 7th day.
Day 7 - Product delivered.
Day 8 - After multiple calls to GetMyCouch, they sent the installation guy to my place in evening. He told that the table top is defective and needs to be replaced. The GetMyCouch person told that this will happen the next day now.
Day 9 - They replaced the table top. Next, the installation guy comes. He now says that the legs are also defective and needs to be changed. The replacement and installation finally happened by evening.
So instead of 3-4 days, it took me 9 days to sit on my dining set and that too after two replacements.
PS - They purchase products from Flipkart (see pics). So, instead of buying from them, do it directly from Flipkart. It will be quicker, reliable and better.

I bought 2 wardrobes from them.
And the costliest one got defected twice in just 3 months.
The other one that I bought for my kid was also the same.
I kept on calling the delivery manager from last 4 days to get it installed but he is least interested in providing the after sales service.
Being a customer, it's not our job to do the follow-ups.
Their products are also not worthy at the price at which they are providing as their quality and service is horrible.
I will recommend to everyone to buy it from someone else but not from their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poor after sales service. I had bought an 8seater dinning table in Dec 2020. After six weeks table as well as the chairs started developing the cracks. And to my surprise the cracks were major in chair. The alignment of table also got changed with the cracks and started looking very weird. As there was a guarantee of one year after sale, I reached out to their help desk. Who actually doesn't register your complaint but tell you to talk to Delivery manager. The delivery manager will only give you time of a week to just come back asking for another week. After this their escalation level won't pick up your call nor the help desk can help you escalate the matter. So it's all in shambles. I would also mention here that the dinning table I bought was one of the finest they had in their store when I visited. So you can judge the quality of other items. I would say, go for a better one which has better after sales service and does hear to their customer. I think these guys barely think of having a loyalty with customers. Think wisely before repeating later on.
