She always takes the time to fully answer our questions & address our problems. she is very knowledgeable, always patient, direct in her comments. Her confidence and extensive experience makes her one can trust and feel comfortable with.
She was very calm. In fact, she even spoke to the friend's mother who was much suspicious.
