No proper Staff, Very expensive, No card facility available etc..
Please think twice before getting treatment from here.
Me & my family was admitted for COVID treatment. I have many bad experiences.
Doctor doesn't give information properly to relatives & friends.
You will need to run behind the doctor to get health update that too he will talk very very shortly from around 12-15 distance. I can understand he is so scared of Corona :)
On discharge day even though I made complete payment because of their poor service they keep me waited for 3-4 hours that time I was continuously coughing & very weak.
The most worst experience was, Doctor was not ready to give me the Discharge file. After discharge I did not disturbed him for a week but still he was not ready to give me the file. I was continuously requesting as I needed it to submit to Insurance company on time, I told this thing to him but still he was not ready to give it. In this bad condition, I was not feeling well still I went to this doctor 2-3 time, he did not entertain me.
On the day when he asked to collect file in the afternoon. I knew this person will not give it on time, I went at 5.00 p.m. still they had not completed my file. This Doctor clearly said me wait for 3 to 4 hours to get file, I said OK. I was just sitted for 4 hours this person did not work on my file that day. I decided anyhow I will get the file on that day even I was ready to fight for it as my patience were loosing & I understood this doctor is not at all caring person. On that night this person handed over me the file at 2.00 a.m. in the morning. I could not eat that night due to lockdown.
Lots of Mental harassment I got from this hospital.
If there would have been 0 rating I would have given it.
