★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male doctor is the most pathetic doctor i have ever consulted ... he does not know how to talk to patients . Does not listen to your problem but jst saying what he wants to . I would never recommend anyone to go here... if there was a negative rating would have given that .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say that she is the best doctor in West Delhi area. She is not just a doctor by profession but also a friend. We have been visiting her for long time for my wife's pre and post pregnancy check ups. She has some different smile on face always while treating patients which gives hope and positive vibes to patients. She has been there always to help even on phone so many times unlike other doctors who ask to come clinic to pay fee and get advise. She is very professional and friendly doctor. I do recommend to each and every female for consultation. She will take care and scold you like a mother. Once you are done she will remember you even after years, that is the best part. Great doctor must say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor doesn't respond. Highly un-responsive doctor esp at this critical time. Had consulted Dr R.k Ghai for parents.
Dr is Not recommended.
Just 1 hr they give for phone consultancy that too in the evening, and when you call at this time they don't take the call and don't respond to calls/messages. You need some reliable doctor in this critical situation. Dr R.k Ghai is not reliable if you are in critical situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever. Highly unprofessional. We consulted her for my mother. Doctor recommended some tests. We shared the reports with her on whatsapp however she didn't even respond to us. We tried calling her but she didn't answer our calls. We were trying to avoid going to her clinic as my mother is very old and it is not advised for old people to step out during the pandemic. We had already paid the consultation fee to the doctor. She could have very well given the treatment over whatsapp after checking the report. We had to take my mother again to her, paid the consultation again and doctor gave some medicines which didn't improve her situation. It delayed the treatment to the extent that the infection which started from urine spread all over the body. We took her to Super Speciality hospital and the doctor got the tests done again. This time the report was even worse. Dr Ghai could not even diagnose properly. Had she started the proper treatment on time, my mother's condition won't have detiorated. Avoid consulting this doctor.
