★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop staff behavior is very pathetic they all are very proudly, also they believe they are giving best services but my experience on 2nd Feb near by 11 am I was there and I asked for Candles but the way staff behaviors not good.

This feedback is towards the extremely rude,unfriendly and pathetic lady who serves at Ghanshyam stores(Lehripura gate, Mandvi)
I had been to their store on 15th Dec around 2pm for purchasing new christmas tree for my home.However after making the payment,I forgot to collect my payment receipt as I was super excited to get back home for building up my tree.But after reaching home,I noticed that the tree was broken from down.
So I went back to Ghanshyam store for replacement.But I was shocked by the rude attitude and response of that same lady who served me that afternoon.She recognised me but refused to replace it.Infact she said that what proof I have that I purchased it from her store.
I want to bring to your all attention,that please do not purchase anything from that store as they ill treat customers.We do not want to put our hard earned money into such people's businesses who have zero value for their customers.
