★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus from surat to bhuj was clean but no traces of sanitization. Bus staff with no masks and gloves or sanitizer. 1 stop location was also bad. Second stop was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise best if you are staying Adajan or palanpur, but if you are traveling from Surat-Mumbai then I would suggest please don't go because they will put 100s of people and they didn't start charging point and light. Local crowd with dirt and bad smell. Ek sentance me bola jaaye toh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience had with this bus facilitator. First they gave us seats on full payment and then at the time of departing they said this seat is already booked by someone else. And we had so much trouble for the seat we paid full fair for.
And they are playing loud music in sleeper bus at night.
Not dropping to destination informed before.
Would not prefer to go with it in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be a bit more professional. Won't call me about the change in bus stops and then when I called them, apparently the bus just whizzed through from the stop I was waiting at for an hour and a half; there was no bus.
This level of incompetence makes anyone dissatisfied. I wish they do not repeat this behaviour.
I shall be updating this review after a discussion about the incident with them face to face. I do not want any heated words. I simply want others to not get the anxiety I felt when my emergency travel might have gotten cancelled over (which might as well be...) a vague/naive driver.
I just want this to never happen to anyone else. Whatever the result of our discussion, I am NEVER booking onsite tickets from them. It is online ticket only for me or trying some other place.
PS: I know most people would not read this. If you are reading this and it helps, THIS was why I wrote this review. :)
