★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passengers vehicles loaded with Goods even in seats . Time taken inside city is too much. Rest places during transit are with unpleasant smell. Overall cleanliness in bus is good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ghanshyam Travels bus was dirty. He told us the bus would be sanitised and we had booked a sleeper coach bus from Ahmedabad to Bhuj. We lifted the pillow to find a used mask and someone had spit Paan under the pillow, it was disgusting, the driver and cleaner did not bother to clean it or pick it up.
We had booked front seats, they played music through the night and was really annoying and dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! We got 2 tracking maps of which both showed different status of the bus arrival in Baroda. Bus was late by 1.30 hours with no response on the phone numbers provided on SMS. No support from redbus as well and also redbus mentioned there is no booking despite the bus was booked. AC was uncontrably high through the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing that I found a little different compared to other travels was that they didn't have a luggage carrier near the seats. As I am a backpacker, my luggage was much so I took it with me instead of keeping it down. Otherwise depending on your routes, they will stop atleast 2 times for loo breaks. They will also wake you up when your stop comes.

I was travelling in the night time. 1st loo break was at 1 AM and the place was so unknown and empty. I stepped out from the bus to use washroom and when I came back I saw bus was not there!!! They just left without checking the seats and whether pessangers are present in the bus or not. I immediatly called the driver luckily he picked up in 2nd time and they came back to pick me up. I got very scared as that place was not good to be there alone at 1 AM and what if the driver wouldn't have picked up my call!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't travels with Ghanshyam Travels it's not safe for ladies passanger. On 12 Feb 22 i was booked 2 ticket for me and my mom. But some how my plan cancel so my mom have to travel alone. I was clearly instruct to conducter, Driver, and operator drop my mom at Bhatar char rasta but he forget to inform her and drop at pandesara when my mom aruge with him then he do misbehave and used roughed language. Same incefent happen with other lady in same bus. When I was called owner they told me we can't do in this case. Bus no GJ-02-ZZ-7200. Booked tickets via Redbus. They also closed complain without any solutions.
