★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station falls on the trans-harbour line in between Thane and Vashi/Panvel. It is the boarding/de-boarding point to get to MBP/ Reliance/Rupa Solitaire and for residents of Ghansoli. The east side(platform 1) connects to the commercial areas and west is the residential zone. There is 1 ticketing counter (on the west side) in between the 2 entrances. You can also make use of the ATVM or scan the QR codes to book tickets through the UTS app.
The announcements are quite loud and clear and times are mostly updated on the television screen.
Daily cleaning is done every day and the stations are decently maintained.
Please do not use the separate underpass to cross the tracks, it is dinghy and scary to pass through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has improved significantly over the years. But still a long way to go to reach international suburban transit standards. Government needs to control the ever-growing attitude of auto wallas, people spitting paan without any hésitance, and lack of digital ticket booking machines.

Outside you'll get the share auto and there are many corporates nearby.
Frequency of train is 5-7 minutes.
The crowd is also decent is middle of Thane and vashi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ghansoli is a railway station on the Harbour line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. It is located on Thane–Belapur road in Sector-2 of Ghansoli node. The station is located in the vicinity of multiple business parks and office spaces, including the corporate headquarters of Reliance Industries Ltd. Ghansoli node comes under the jurisdiction of Rabale police station and adjoins Koparkhairane node towards the South, Airoli node towards the North and Dighe towards the East. Mangroves line the Western borders of Ghansoli.

It is the near station for people travelling to MBP, majesco, mastek and Rupa solitaire and kophar karane sector 20, 21.Ticketing right end of the station, self ticketing system is available . From ghandoli to Thane platform number is 2. and from ghansoli to thane platform no is 1. Can get share autos to MBP rs. 10 per head.
