★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A resident. Has 2 garden/park inside. Got parking facilities and pretty decent. Moreover under CIDCO though the tender is near expiration. Good in an overall basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for living with family .nearly 5 min away from ghansoli rly stn . Clean and clear area . There is fresh environment , usually low crowded place , sharing auto rickshaw , cab available up to 12.p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet and peaceful society until some of our festivals arrive. I'd give it a 3.5 if that was allowed. Some folks here are super noisy during major festivals, which in my opinion is unnecessary noise pollution. The flat entrances are too close together and there is nearly no ventilation.
On the plus side, it's near a green belt protected by the forest deptt, there are wonderful places around to take a walk in mornings or evenings, railway station is a 10-15 min walk away, many houses here have gas pipelines from mahanagar gas and those that don't can get it easily when they do the next round of installations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is good place for living with family. Close to school, Rly.St., Bus stop, ATM, DMart Mall. Perfect place for middle class families. But only problem is that not all the peoples are co-operative, and also surrounded by agents.
