★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAD AN EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE dealing with Mr. Achin (who is the dealer of this store). HE DID'NT TELL ME THAT INSTALLATION CANNOT BE DONE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PURCHASE INSTEAD OF IT LIED TO ME. Moreover, when I asked him when the service engineer will come, he started arguing in a high pitch that he doesn't have any information and can't help beyond this point. I asked him why he sold machines by giving us a false picture about installation. Besides, I told him that at least he should accept his mistake and be sorry for that but instead of this he continued to shout on me. Now we have a machine but can't use it as no service engineer is coming and doesn't have any clue when he will come.SO JUST WANT TO TELL OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE GOING TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER NOT TO BELIEVE IN HIM.

It is on the first floor of the same building of Ghaziabad Power Tools and all tools from micro and Bosch are available here. They are the only stockiest in Ghaziabad of Bosch. You will find only Genuine products here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to purchase a Bosch washing machine. It is the only Bosch brand exclusive store in Ghaizabad and Noida so obviously I had no doubt on the product quality going in.
However, the minute I paid the money their behavior changed completely. First they didn't confirm the delivery for a while and then once the washing machine was delivered and engineer came for installation he informed me that the machine is damaged and I need to raise a request for replacement.
When I reached out to the store they gave me no response - not even courtesy follow up. They sold a damaged product and took no responsibility of it post it was delivered
I finally ended up following up with Bosch toll free. For last 10 days I am having daily calls with Bosch but the replacement has still not be delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a star they deserve. Very rude and unprofessional guys. This experience is definitely going to be brought to Bosch's notice!
We were interested in a particular Bosch washing machine model that we had finalised. So we contacted Bosch customer care and were given this nearest dealer's number.
We called them up for enquiring about the price of the model we were interested in.
On telling them that we would like to know about one particular model of Bosch washing machine the reply we got was 'you come here and see'
We told them that we have read about the model
and we just need to know the price details. The reply that came was 'we are not going to entertain every customer on phone'. His tone was very rude while saying all this.
And he just hanged up before we could say anything.
This is the first time any dealer has behaved this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These peopleare unscrupulous. He took advance and still charged higher prices at the time of purchase on account of shortages of appliances. Worst was that we subsequently found out from friends that retail dealers in noida were charging lower prices for same items at the same time.
He did not provide the selected models but at the last moment changed the hob and oven models, palming off his dead stock items. He lied that those were good models and he himself was using it.
Avoid purchases from this vendor at all cost. He will find ways to cheat you and also palm off his dead stock pieces to you. His prices are the highest in NCR region. Other dealers give 10 to 15% extra discounts compared to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very happy with the team there...firstly they are very transparent about the price, availability and service related aspects.. owner never make false promises.. initially i found other dealers more accommodating but they were just making false promises (especially for dishwasher) to please and retain me as a customer...i realized that soon. So if you are investing so much money dont try to save few bucks n get trapped with any unreliable dealer...I purchased all my appliances dishwasher, washing machine, chimney, refrigerator, dryer etc. from gzbd power tools only..Delivery is always on promised time..without any hassle. staff is very polite. Thanks for making all my purchases so convenient.
