★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in there in an emergency as it's a multi speciality hospital and all good doc are listed here but that's the end of the good things.
You are suppose to be deaf, dumb and blind. Neither doc or nursing staff will tell you anything, if you ask you will be asked to leave the ward. You are not allowed to see reports or even ask about it. Even security will treat you like begger ?. When I asked about complaint no one was available. Seeing so many negative reviews here and still no improvement proves it will get worse and close ultimately. Pitty it could have been a boon in this region.

Their only aim is to make more and more money.
- Pathetic ICU/emergency staff.
- Rude behavior of staff and all are liar.
We took my father to emergency as he was bleeding from urinal which was stopped at the time of admission and they admitted him in ICU under neuro dr. Don't know why.
You take your patient with 1 disease and they will give him 10 additional diseases. In short - "Kaya maya sab ka nash"
JLN is much better option in Ajmer as compared to it. Don't ever go to this business institute.

In this hospital no good treatment by doctors, they are experiment on the patient, worst his health, and then discharge. Dr. Vinod sharma is very hartless doctor and his aim is experiment on the patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the hospital returning from Canada to consult Dr. Prashant Sharma( Medicine) for my wife Madhu Gupta, senior lady who was serious but after seeing previous papers ,the
doctor misbehaved and refused to entertain the patient and wrote down that I should seek refund the consultation fees. The higher authorities are not attending the complaint.
Very bad experience. The authorities should improve.
Mostly doctors are retired government servants. Don't rely.

Worst hospital experience. Even I didn't want to give one star at all.
We took my father-in-law for urinal bleeding, they admitted him under Neuro department .
- The staff was so untrained, they can't put canula on patient's hand properly.
- They had put him on oxygen , even though the levels were normal
- They had given him blood and urinal infections.
- They made stories that patient was unconscious during admission
- For urinal bleeding, they had tested him MRI, ECR, etc so that they can put heavy bill on us. They got to know about insurance of patient.
We took him to govt hospital after 2.5days and he got better there.
It is much better than this so called Mittal hospital.
Worst condition, very poor management, the only value is given in this hospital is money. This hospital's aim is to earn money anyhow and at any cost, they people don`t care about patients life, does not give information properly. Dear relatives, if you really want better care and recovery of your patients, please don't admit your patient in this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and Clean as all Private Hospitals used to have
1.Office Layout can be more better in terms of Minimum Movement as this is a Private Hospital
2. Reception staff (Most of them) sounds less Knowledgeable
4. Canteen Mgr sounds rude in Nature. It's my viewpoint may be yours different. Canteen is open and Non-AC. It is very tough to sit there and take meal during summers.You will feel much and much heat.There should also be shaded walkway to reach to Canteen from Hospital premise. Canteen Sitting Area and infrastructure and Interior should be some more better as per the Hospital's Status.It should have some more clean and maintained better way. Canteen tables and floor is not cleaned frequently as it should be.
