★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staffs are not well groomed except the owner of the shop and rates are quite high. Most importantly no eye dilation drops (which widen pupil of eye) are used here before eye testing which is usually done in most of the clinic. Doctors usually came almost 30 - 60 min later than schedule time. But no such eye clinic centre is located in this place so they basically rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst optical store in Howrah...provided absolutely wrong power by their optometrist Subhayu Majumder. After using the glass prepared by the same store for a single day, my wife’s vision went blur. I had to rush to BB eye foundation as my wife’s eyes extremely red, swelled and deadly headache.
I will never recommend anyone to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible behaviour of some employees. They behave is such a way that as if they are doing a great favour to us. Kindly remind them they get their remuneration because customers pay. They must be polite to the customers. They should leave their attitude at home before leaving for work. I have also make glasses from Ghose’s shop in andul and the main attraction of visiting there is the owner’s behaviour. He is an amazing gentleman. Moreover wrong power provided by optometrist. I had to go through a lot pf hassles lime redness and swelling of eye with severe headache after wearing the glass they provided me. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to visit this store
