★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated on Southern Avenue, just opposite Nazrul Mancha.It is easily accessible from all parts of the city by public vehicle being mostly equidistant from Rabindra Sarovar Metro station and Ballygunge Rly station. It is a two storied building comprising eight big size rooms, long and wide varandah, semi circle hanging balcony, a big lawn. It can accommodate around two thousand guests. Besides these, it also holds small sized rooms for special purposes. Toilets, urinals,basins for washing hands seem to be inadequate considering the huge capacity. Otherwise it is ranked among the ceremonial houses of South Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's one of the best for any medium sized marriage /social ceremony . it has a decent lawn , a nice well maintained two storied marriage hall. with proper lighting and decoration , one can spend some good hours with family and friends. also adequate parking along southern Avenue is another added boon to this great ceremony home
