★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ENT specialist is little greedy. Focuses on servicing large number of patients in shorter time. Doesn't give much attention to address patient's doubts/queries. Prescribes expensive meds even for non-severe ailments, which are available only with in-house exclusive pharmacy. In a nutshell, doctor/pharmacist takes advantage of established business spread by word of mouth. Didn't meet expectations!
