★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an ice cream - Choclate Killer at Giani Lower Parel and had an horrendous experience. It was priced at 210 inr.
I have tried this at other outlet and was really good but this outlet was completely disappointing. There was a server who prepared this ice cream on cold pan and honestly it was just mix of two three ice creams. The picture attached is the picture on the website and the outlets and I was so fascinated and excited to get the same. But what i actually got was a obnoxious douchy melted ice cream with no taste.
After talking to the server Pravin - his resolve was - we are over with the waffle biscuits, cake and few ingredients which we add into this ice cream. My response was simple, if that is the case I want other ice cream. I would definitely not pay for a melted tasteless ice cream.
I was really astouned with his derogatory behavior who responded saying, I will not change, you pay for it first. Finally i had to take the contact details of owner Aveek. Awaiting a refund of my money and a call from the owner.
All in all, Giani lower Parel was a completely unpleasant experience. Like showing Aishwarya and giving Rakhee sawant.
Complete NO NO for Giani?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly will be the one of the best places in mumbai as well, it is a well known brand in north. The ice creams are really creamy. You would be able to feel the richness. The sundaes are amazing as well. The authentic flavors tastes good as well

We ordered
1- Black chocolate 5/5
2- Roasted Almond 4/5
3- American Nuts 4/5
4- Punjabi Sundae 5/5
Cost- Rs.650
All the flavours were good.. some of the flavours were icy due to high temperature of refrigeration
And yes it is expensive...
