★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Belgium chocolate with brownies and nuts online but I received butterscotch instead, I ordered at night through zomato and I reported the incident and they told me the order cannot bhe changed as the store is closed now. The entire experience was disappointing I would not recommend anyone to order from this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't want to give you guys even a single star because all the fruit shakes you sell are pathetic in taste. I ordered strawberry and other fruit shake and it was fully loaded with artificial flavours and bad in smell and taste.
Guys if you want to have a fresh and healthy shake then I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst taste ever and rude staff. Please don't order anything online through swiggy or Zomato from here.
They have not even shared their contact number. They send incomplete order most of the time , i ordered 5 shakes and only 2 were sent and that also in worst condition. (tasteles and not fresh) . Please avoid getting fooled by them and save your money.
I am writing this review after having 3-4 bad experiences from them. (Only this branch) Rest of the Giani's are still better.
