★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GIC housing finance ltd at deep bunglow chowk pune office staff rude ,worst manager ,they take thousand of documents with our sign at time of loan application ,but returns very few at time of closure and rude talking ,never never take any loan from GIC , very bad worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have applied for PMAY for home loan to get subsidy for our home loan . We have given from to bank a year ago, till today there is neither reply/SMS/Solution nor any cummunication from bank.
As per GOI, scheme is ending up by31st march 2021, till no replay and even their number is not working.They do not even bother to communicate about changed number, where will go common man who is required help from the system.

Don't care about customer.
Applying hidden charges.
Taking interest for foreclosures.
Working employee not well trained.
No respect for customer.
I have applied for Pradhan Matri Yojana in FEB18 and it's JAN19 till not getting any confirmation message phone as in general it's required 6-7 months.
