★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all helpful, I am carrying a loan from this GIC garh rd Meerut branch, the loan agent assured me that my loan is under PMAY scheme, paid 25000 more by putting both (me and my wife's) names in in the house property in a hope that I will get the benefit. It's been more than 2 year but no luck. I meet all the conditions of getting the benefit of subsidy but nothing happened. Branch does not support me at all. The heights of the pathetic service is that I have emailed to all the leadership team including the redressal team (they say they are from redressal team). It's more than 6 months but they are least bothered to even reply to my email. Have been going here and there but they are behaving as if they don't know me. I would say, even if they don't know me they should have replied to me.
If you go for the loan from GIC, do not expect after sale service at all. Now I am also worried about my original property papers. I am thinking to pay it off but read online that they tend to delay a lot in returning the original registry document after getting their money back. Not too sure about it yet as I am yet to go for it. But with their mesmerizing service which I got so far, I shall not be surprised if I get the same treatment which others got.
They so not have any customer service team as well?. For every of your communication, need to visit th branch or email them and wait for atleast q week for the reply.
