★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.4.2019 :Received the product on time but making a spelling mistake on a personalised gift is really unacceptable.....my first order from this and the last...not at all worth the money spent....so gave a one star..
9.4.2019 : and on this day I would give it a 5 star.. because after my review I didn't expect the team to call me back and apologize for the mistake and even rectify it by sending a new one.. impressed by there customer service I would definitely reorder gifts hoping to get it correct in the first place itself...thanks..

Edited: The company had reviewed my complaint and returned the extra charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t order from this site if you want it to be delivered on time and place. I ordered a product for my wife’s birthday and i made it clear from day 1 that i want it on 16 Feb. i followed up daily for 4 days but it was a very generic response.
In the end, the product was shipped to a different location and there was no responsibility from the company. They said that its the fault of the courier company. There is no tracking system available in the website. I was in dark throughout and in the end due to lack of responsibility, i could not gift the product to my wife. Thank you Giftcart for ruining the birthday and make me look like a fool
