★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. once you pay they will give you delivery date but it take twice the time they show and to the product to get delivered. If you have to many lives than only order from them because they will never deliver your product on occasion and will ask you they are trying. For my order they told me that it will be delivered on 19th aug but today on 22nd yet product is undelivered. Only buy for unscheduled delivery.
They don't even deserve 1 star they deserve only 0.10 for providing online service to order and have fun by using online service else nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered gifts for my anniversary and should admit was delighted by the experience. The gifts are unique and the choices are plenty which lets u choose something for every occasion. Though there was some hiccup in the communication during the transaction, I was completely happy with the delivery and the service. In specific, the way the request was handled by Arshad must be mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a rakhi hamper for my brother. On delivery the sweets were rat bitten. I complained for the same and Giftease team sent a new hamper without any hustle to my brother. Really appreciate their prompt response. Now I am a frequent customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believed the reviews and ordered a gift to my friend for Diwali. I immediately got a mail saying it might not be possible to deliver the gift on the day if festival and would be delivered 2 days later. I still complied and requested them and complied because I had no option as I paid the money. later I got a tracking ID for Bluedart and 2days later I got a message saying the order has been delivered. I checked and aghast to find it's been delivered to a complete stranger in some other city.when I called the customer care they said the tracking ID was wrong and that they would respond immediately with the right one. I lost my money, festival is long gone. I don't know what am supposed to do now. This was the first time I tried e-gifting and now am scared to go for such thing in future.

Very bad online experience ever in my life, they sent refurbished home theater system and I got a problem of voice fluctuation within an hour after installation of it and remote stop working after 2 days. Before placing an order I'd confirmed exchange policy with their representative, he told me that they provide 48 hr replacement facility.
When I contacted them for replacement, with a reference to their 48 hr replacement commitment, they refuse my request by saying that the product is under manufacturer warranty hence contact product service center. I also told them when I'm paying for new item why should I accept refurbished item. After 15 days of argument regarding their 48hr replacement commitment finally, Mr. Vivek (CEO of giftease) said me we cannot provide a replacement. Then finally with last hope I sent pre-legal notice to giftease and after that they agreed to replace the product.
Finally after lot of harassment I understood that always buy products online from reputed companies like Snapdeal, Flipkart or amazon (They have standard policies and they keep their word)
