don't do any type of deal with this company quality of tshirt are worst. they will show you good one but at the time of delivery they will give u of the poorest quality tshirt.

The owner is super brilliant guy. Despite his workshop was closed he helped me get the tshirt I ordered. And the print work is phenomenal. The owner's understanding of fabric and what goes with it is also brilliant.

If I could give negative star I would. See, they are so popular with their masks, hence, I ordered from them. Unfortunately, they DO NOT back their product and mistake. Be aware of the sizing and check to make sure the measurement are as described on their website. I ordered small which are supposed to fit teens/small adults. They don’t even fit my tiny faced 11y/o daughter. They literally slide off my ears, they’re that tight! I have sent them pictures of the small mask next to a ruler to show how off the measurements are compared to their measurement on their website. They’re reply to that? “I don’t know what to say. Our product are made sure to pass everything before they are shipped.” Another problem, I ordered masks with adjustable ear loops (my main objective when ordering mask because I want to make sure it will fit my customers nicely). I ordered them in small and large (20 total). The ones I received are NOT adjustable! Not that I need it for the small size because they are TOO SMALL anyway but their large is HUGE that you have to be a giant to fit in them. But not going to complain about the size of their large masks because they actually matched the size on the website but the fact that they didn’t come with adjustable ear loops render them unusable unless I buy my own adjusters. I have sent them my receipt to show that I did order masks with adjustable ear loops. They’re reply? They showed me a different “receipt” that showed I didn’t order adjustable ear loops (I don’t know how that is possible) and that at the time of my order, they weren’t selling them yet. They changed their listing way after I ordered, which they said, changed what is showing on my receipt. Yes folks, they said the receipt changed what’s shown when they changed their listing. That means receipt aren’t permanent and will change if they change their listing in the website. (whaaaat?!!!). That has to be ILLEGAL! Receipts cannot be changeable. They are your proof of purchase. They cannot be affected when changing listing on their website. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! So now they have deleted our long public convo on their FB page and blocked me so that I cannot comment and pm them anymore. They are not answering my email and phone calls either. I have zero way to contact them. I have filed a claim just now. And I will continue to spread this ugly truth about them and their unwillingness to solve the issues and trying to hide the reality. Folks, don’t believe all the positive comments on a business page. They have the ability to manipulate what shows on their page by deleting bad comments and blocking people who disagree with them. I have now ordered more than 200 masks from this company. They are extremely high quality, sublimated well, soft to the touch. My clients love them. We did have a slight shipping delay on the 1st order, but it was quickly resolved. No one has control over customs. However, the shipment was still received within 2 weeks of placing the order. My second order, also over 100 masks was just ordered on August 14. Today is August 20. The shipment is already in Memphis, Tennessee and should be delivered within a day or so. SUPER FAST!!! I will highly recommend Giftix and they will be my ONLY go to for Mask blanks.
