★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order with Kanika for 10 MDF based name laser cut outs. Full payment was made in advance, including courier charges. Specifications regarding size and color were shared with Kanika on call and on Whatsapp. When the parcel arrived, 3 of the 10 name cut outs were disproportionately large. I sent her the pictures and asked her to redo the 3 name cut outs. She agreed to this on call. This was on Sept 21st, 2021. Since then she has vanished. Not answering calls or replying to messages. Thoroughly unprofessional. Do not trust this woman and do not pay her any advance. She will just disappear with your money.
