★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet have so much fluctuations. I have a 100mbps plan but speed is so fluctuating that it is to the 2G network not acceptable speed even on fibre network of gigacast.
Bad behaviour of staff, too much arrogance they don't talk like the service provider just quarrel for their nonsense excuses and points. I visited their office and they only have sales tone and not a problem solving attitude with the customer.
Also false promises they make
I don't know why they have customers
The overall experience is totally negative. I just want to sue them for their services and staff irresponsibility towards the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 2021, faces so many instances of connectivity loss and not satisfied with the root cause as well the solution they provided.
Cause: Their Technology is old now(DSL) and shift to fiber, look like moving existing customers to fiber.
Plus when i asked, how their fiber works, so guy told me that they will use a device of 1000rs (which i have to pay) and use the existing router. So truth is, it's not a true fiber.
Plus the plans and speed is almost same to what other reputed companies are providing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF there was option to give 0 star i would have given that as well worst broadband service their router doesn't work even in 50sq yd range called them so many time they don't listen once they take your money then they won't even attend your calls.
Don't fall for these 5 star review they are all fake they will call you and ask you to give 5 star rating and in return they will increase validity by 7 days.
Look at below speed test result for my 100mbps connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been facing all kinds of issues since last 3 months. Was satisfied with the service but the staff doesnt seem to care at all now. I have a 100 mbps plan but i get around 20-30 mbps on average that too with a lot of fluctuations. Totally displeased. Planning to switch.

Each time they say that technology is old and i can shift to their fibre but it seems to be some kind of strategy to move clients from dsl to fiber (not sure if it's true fiber or not)
Plus the plans and speed is almost same to what other reputed companies are providing.
As they are local network team so we can't expect them to be that much professional..
Giving 2 stars as for at least year, there was not much issue in connectivity as well as in speed but from this 2021, they are really bad at least for me.
