★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered their lamb chops- Very disappointed with the product- size of the chops varied tremendously- how can one serve chops where one is 3 inches in length and another 6 inches- no consistency. Not impressed with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order delivered I am told but to wrong address with the lame excuses that Chd delivery boys not efficient, Very poor state of Giggs Company... earlier also ordered a product waited for days together and received reply that product is out of stock. I don't think the company is gonna survive last long, if actions and attitudes are not mended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 1 kg pork on 30 Aug 2021 and received the packets on 31 Aug 2021. Took out the packet from fridge today on 1 Sep 2021. Surprisingly, the date of packaging was 31 May 2021. I took another look. Clearly saw another label below the new label. Date says 16 Aug 2021. I realized that they are into re-labeling. On a product they packaged on 16 August 2021 (and who knows when), they tried to put a new label with 31 August 2021 (to show it as latest/fresh), but by mistake they put the label of 31 May 2021.
This is the kind of nasty unethical business they are doing. I really doubt about the authenticity and hygiene of their products.
Had a whatsapp chat on their business account, sent the photo of the packet, but they were refusing to accept this as their mistake. Called up in the number provided in their website, the executive on the call even un-front started saying that freshness of pork goes up to 9 months. My Pigs! Then when I told him about the re-labeling which was clearly visible, he said that they will investigate into that. Seemed he saw that photo I sent on whatsapp account. Said they hired a new guy and it was his mistake probably. Then he proposed to replace the packet. Wonder if I should take that and consume meat from the new package? I am scared.
Am I the only victim? Do you see actually see the date of packaging? Are we consuming some old rotten meats? Do you want to continue with this meat seller? Up to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been ordering regularly from Giggs until recently. The quality of the products and the overall experience have become horrible now and so I have stopped ordering. Let me tell you the problems you may face when ordering from Giggs-
1. Old smelly meat
2. Terrible packaging- It's like a Lays chips pack, the exact opposite of vacuum packing.
3. Incomplete order delivered- you will have to get after Giggs for your refund
4. Meat not trimmed- you may have to trim it yourself properly, no shortage of silverskin especially on some pork products.
There are better alternatives out there for chicken, mutton, lamb and fish- FreshToHome, Licious and Meatigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No date of packing , no weight on products.Motton mince and mutton liver were packed in cling film. Packet was damaged. Customer care number has only voice message requesting to leave contact details.
After complaining above issues, the order was reprocessed and all items were sent in proper packing with weight, date of packing etc.
I changed my rating after resolution of issue. Would have given 5 stars but since I had to call customer care to have the issue resolved, I am holding back 1 star. Customer care team needs to be proactive and contact customer in case of an issue.
