★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a gift shop. It has different varieties of chocolates as well. There was only one female staff member in the shop. Few days back i wanted to buy something but out of cash so she accepted paytm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys basically use bad business practices,so today one of my friend visited in here and near the cash counter, he accidently broke a bobble head statue which was strategically placed in such a way that a customer would have a high chance of breaking it by accident and their receptionist would just wait to grab such opportunity to charge for the broken things.
So i would highly suggest other people to be extremely cautious while entering the shop especially near the cash counter.

Collection that they have is still great.
The owner , Mr. Gauravjit Singh Kochhar and the manager are extremely polite and soft spoken.

Payment for Broken item was not at all self offered , it was totally forceful, your attendant lady was so rude when we were asking for negotiation, she was not listening and simply ordering to raise bill within a fraction of second . Forceful payment was still bearable and can be understood as per business practice but the rude behaviour of that lady was totally annoying and not at all acceptable especially for professional customers.No offence for shop owner as they were and are polite.
Finally the image we have for giggles vanished out#?after 1.5 year of continuous visit with shopping worth 10k plus.
