★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the stove is not at all good . Continuously issues in burner .. Many breakdowns..You need to spend lot of money for spares because of poor quality. Gilma will not take any responsibility for the poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of products. Medium priced. Don't think any bargain is possible. Mostly fixed priced. Car parking is bit difficult because of less space in front of the shop. So you need to park some 50 meters away.

1. Very limited collection
2. If you ask any questions to the sales guys, they would answer like they are doing a favour on you and say rest is your choice and that's kinda rude way
3. As a customer we could expect more options or want to ask questions about the product you are going to spend money on but u won't feel like talking to them coz of the behaviour
4. Offers? Sounded more like they are cheating you. Asked for exchange offer for which I was quoted higher price and round about coming back to the sale price which made me feel they want to get the product from me for free and still not give you any good discount.
Not good experience overall.

No second thought..best service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Collections, But need to concentrate on the display piece, coz based on display people choose the selection, if it's not clean n tidy they jump for the next one. I feel the Prices are slightly higher comparing with Elica and Prestige products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had given defective stove. They replaced. But that was also defective. After days the company replaced by one more which is somewhat ok. First they wanted to repair and give which I refused as I had purchased new and why should I accept repaired one. No quality control it seems.
