This is considered to be a good hospital in Malviya Nagar area - specially for skin disease. Doctors have fixed schedule for checking. Between 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM appointments are made and from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM check ups are done. Fees are comparatively high. Staff (including doctor) behaviour is unprofessional and some times rude as happened to experienced by few people in front of me.

Rishi Bhargava--the worst ever doctor one can ever see! Rude,indifferent, insensitive, and arrogant doctor. My husband had chicken pox in Nov'18,and recovered by Dec'18 first week. Unfortunately ,a few scars remained on his face. Hearing a lot about him,we visited him looking out for a solution to the marks. He took not more than a minute to recommend a chemical peel, and application of combination of 2 ointments.My husband visited Girdhar hospital,Malviya Nagar, the following day after consultation.There was this nurse who started immediately with the application of some liquid on his face.That was itchy and burning as per him. He was then sent back. Gradually the places where liquid drops were applied,turned red and then, brown by the evening.When he visited hospital to enquire the reason,they told him that it happens after this peel and that the marks would vanish within 10 days.The treated skin turned black with time and fell off in few days just to give him another shock.Wherever the skin came off,little pots had developed. Soon to our surprise,the new visible skin of those pots turned black and looked worse than ever before.Disheartened, he visited the doctor again. And,it was height of his irresponsible behavior that this time he added another ointment for application and said that the marks would now leave after 6months. We are still in shock as to when a duration of 10days rose to whopping 6months without any information.His scars are more darker, visible,and don't seem be fading and everytime we look at them we curse the times we decided to see him and trust him for his skin.

During the covid pandemic .... Dr Bhargav gave consultation on video call and charged 600 rupees. Also there was no facility to video call from home. One has to come to the hospital to make a video call consultation. Seems like the doctor is only concerned about himself. Other professionals of Dr. Bhargava's field such as Dr Agarwal near Gujar ki thadi were giving consultation at their clinic. Bad. :(

Honest review. If you want to visit here please read my whole experience once, i hope it will be helpfulfor all. I visited here in October month for ringworm problem in morning timing around 9.30, i paid 600 for Dr Rishi Bhargav consultancy by vedio call. I waited for approximately 1 hour. Because of my problem was on my stomach and back. In between waiting time I said to a female staff.that please you come with me when my number came. Because i was hesitating in front of a male staff to show my problems. But she didn't came.she totally ignored it. Ok. I thought ok no problem. I am a patient today. I can do this. Also i imagined there must be a proper system of vedio calling so that doctor can see the problems clearly. And when i got my number. There was an assistant, he called doctor with his average smart phone.of which even camera quality was not good. There was no setupof proper vedio consultancy. I was fully shocked. And then doctor asked my problems. Then For showing my problem that assistant was showing them by switching camera and focusing on that. It was very fast process(and awkward too). Within 2 minutes my consultancy was over assistant cut the call very quickly without even asking to me whether i have anything to clear about or have any questions.I thought don't worry he is best doctor.i can trust them for treatment. Then i came out from cabin.(till that they gave me only a receipt of 600/- fee.and also they noted down my all details on a form after taking signature they take it back ay receptionitself) Then they sent me to medical store( that is in same premise) i thought may be now i will got my prescription of doctor ( normally we receive it on fee counter and doctor then write everything on it). But another shock.i didn't get that one. After some time medical store person gave me medicines of 20days and a bill of that. I said please do this for 10 days. Now in 5 7. Days i was getting relief on my problems but infection was coming in new area of my body. So after that i visited on Wednesday there to take doctor number because this time i want to know the reason of new one.but unfortunately it was off day of hospital. And at medical store i requested them to give doctor number. They said to come another day and take it from reception. Please now read carefully. Unfortunately i was unable to go the same next day and i went there after 10 days.when my medicine was finished and before taking another 10 days course i just want to talk doctor once. But here the news guys.as per receptionist you cant talk doctor . Pay 600 again and repeat whole process.becoz we only allow within 4-5 days on one slip(in his language "koi reaction hota to 2 3 din me hi ho jata itni latethodi kuch hota h). (About which actually i was unaware. Because i dont get any prescription on which i could read there rules.) I requested him that i am not getting any side effects or reactions but i just want to ask doctor why problem is not stopping and arising in new areas. Its my marriage after 1 month. I have alot to do.how i can manage. But he didn't allow. Now to all readers its yours choice how to handle at this place because may be some people may disagree with my opinion but i think for a middle class family person 600 per visit means alot. (It was my first visit for a skin doctor also so costly private clinic. I thought they give good facility,if they are charging good.) i am very disappointed. Becoz i even in trouble to go another doctor. Because i have only medical bill . Not doctors prescription. So now i need to go again to them i pay the 600 unnecessarily to get same consultancy again and also to pay heavy medical bills. You can see receipt of it attached here. That's all.
