They promised that item would be delivered by end of day. But it wasn't. I had to follow up with them.
The reason I went and purchased morning is to get the delivery on the same day. Now I had to take a day off, just to receive my order.
No coordination at all.
I have asked for refund.
Waste of time.

I suggest for free home delivery from Girias. Ofcourse most of the customers pay the delivery people since they may need to carry the product to multiple floor(many cases). But Girias has to ensure and lay down protocol that their delivery team does not demand, specially if senior citizens are at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience…bought IFB washing machine exchanged for old one they delivered n on the bill they have written 200 n the driver was asking for it was shocked to see this n asked for what n he said transport n handling charges …how can they charge this to a customer…it’s up to us to give tips for the delivery boys this is very bad experience….
