โ โ โ โ โ I wish I could give negative review for this journey experience I had in this bus from Dadar to Pune.
1. It took me almost 5 hrs.
2. Staff were uncooperative and rude.
3. Charging ports didn't work. And later they didn't keep small lights button on too.
If you have no option then only board this bus otherwise run to the other direction.

Before booking the travels, we insisted for clean bus but still They Sent dirty bus.
As we had planned for guests not just picnic or trip nearby.
Their staff..Snehal was talking about the rules and all but once they got full payment in advance...their approach changed suddenly..
She sent photos of clean bus but
Their driver came with the dirtiest bus..
And he was reluctant to clean it.. Manager mahesh asked him to clean ..
Snehal didnt even pick the calls..
AVOID THIS SO CALLED BRANDED TRAVELS.
