★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr fahim representing gita tvs I have been serving tvs for couple of years let me address you that workshop system and norms that your service complain was suppose to be captured by advisor first then the advisor further escalates to mechanic which you didn’t permitted us ,ok on 18 th of this month when you we asked for what problem you have got apart from normal paid service you said I will speak to mechanic directly he will handled ok were still agree on that ,then after your job completion very next day you are complaining about job not done blaming my mechanic butu same butu that you are appreciating in review now ,ok fine though there was some more work to be done but you didn’t allow us to probe on very first day because you skip us you straight away explained to mechanic he did that much according to job card because you refused to do you only mentioned Normal service voice in the jobcard if you would have listen to advisor right from beginning this wouldn’t happened and you are putting wrong allegation on me and on our organisation what fraud we have done then you, the abusive words used by you was unmentionable because were asked for the parts payment so we are fraud is this point of view . We always focus on customers satisfaction and customer satisfaction is our first priority. So please don’t use unauthentic words on review to elevate yourself.
