★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweeper will poke a needle in you and collect sample..!! Sounds horrible? Yes it is. I went for few blood tests on 14th May16. I was first told to wait as the "Dr" is not there but within a few minutes a shabbily clad guy with unkempt look comes and starts "acting" like a Dr!! One of the tests advised by my Skin Specialist was "skin scrapping test". They took me to other room where a "blue collared, sweeper looks" young man starts scrapping my affected skin with a saving blade.. He makes several cut in my skin in the process. The skin starts bleeding profusely but he is got no "sample". Obviously, cause there was nothing to "scrap"!! When I shout and ask for the REAL Dr. They made me wait for another 15 min.. Again when I inquired in complaining manner, they send the FRONT OFFICE guy to do the SCRAPPING all over again ... And I ran out of patience.
The clinic is managed by some Dr S Mukherjee who's number was not given to me by the staff but I made them refund all my money as I refused to get any test done from these scoundrels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant doctor..!! i was prescribed some test by my doctor, some of the test was done at local diagnostic centre of my area,one test facility was not present there so i went to gitanjali diagnostic centre,first i went to counter and enquired about the test they said it will get done so i waited patiently for the doctor as doctor was not present there,doctor came after 1 hour,i went to the cabin he asked for my previous prescribed test paper after that he asked some questions about other test which was prescribed i told him that it was already done after that he became furious and told me to go to my doctor and say him to do all the test himself as it is not done there

I got my parents' blood test done here and they sent a very misleading report which caused us a lot of trouble. Next day we got them tested elsewhere and found out the truth.
Please don't do these things.
100-200 zada hi lelo but please sahi reports do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic lab. They made my father wait for 5 hours for his report. The doctors sees patients too though it is a testing lab and has not mentioned it. They don't care for patients and their health. The worst lab ever seen donot go to this testing facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best diagnostic centre in Patna . Very good sanitisation facility . Social distancing is also followed .
In fact they sanitise everyone from top to toe before entering doctors cabin . Also all kind of tests are available . Doctor is also very good . Me and my parents always visits there for almost all kind of problems and his medicines really worked .
