★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good ,staff also nice but in term of service you should check whether service is good or not. In my experience out of 5 services i face issue in 3 service so i have to visit that place again and at that time they also very cooperative.
So overall good place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service personnel are very polite and humble. I was a bit afraid becoz of the older reviews but after visiting i can assure that the service department is very good. I had not meet the seller department but for service of your yamaha bike. This agency is really good. It is located at good location just beside main highway flyover. And spare parts charges are also very decent even i feel they are cheaper than duplicate parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it’s used to be good now pathetic services visited today waited 1 hour for services and they said I can’t use other oil other than yamahalube. Behaved badly and stopped my vehicle services in between. I mean am paying for the services it should be my choice which brand oil I want to use. And previously I have used other brand oil at ur place now they are saying u can’t use. U have lost ur customer... will lose more the kind of warehouse person is there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst service center, visited in my life. Very high price parts & staff is not co-operative in this center.
Visited there two times but they didn't service both time well.
Last time they broken my yamaha fz electronic meter, after service when I checked my bike & told about this issue to service man.
He replied me rudely and blamed on me. He said I didn't check this first. So it was broken before. But when he started the service, this meter was working good.
I don't know how these people continueing this service center.
They are making fool the name of YAMAHA.
Yamaha should think about this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sardar (Storekeeper) is a their. Littterally a theif. I have used their service three times now and I feel very frustrated after each time. They tell you 2400 cost on phone, 2600 on estimate slip and on final bill they charge you 2800 saying they forgot to charge GST earlier. They charged me 28 percent GST separate and 18 percent separte for same thing. If anyone doesnot trust me, you can whatsapp me and I can show you their invoice. My number is +918628800264. There are other better workstations available like Yamaha royal. You can compare their pricing.

I have buyed two bikes both have faced engine problem they took over 6 months to fix it while the bike was in warranty.
It’s request to go and visit any other agency do not get stuck over here .
It also charges 2-3 thousands more than another agency’s
