The customers are not taken care of. For the smallest of services we need to book an appointment . Very bad experience. You deserve a half star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, unprofessional people. I had taken Keratin service from them and after the first wash my hair came back to the old condition. The result was even worst than the Spa.
I advice every not to ever try their GK keratin service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst salon i have seen. Staff is very pathetic, do not address the customer properly. Hair Stylist do not listen to the customer, Hair services like Silk therapy and color are too worst they offer to customers. They do not deserve even 1 star.
