★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had purchased powered lens and gave my spectacles with 50 percent advance money, but they could not deliver the glasses on the date promised. This is ridiculous. A responsible business which takes advance money should either provide the service on the date promised else return the money immediately. They do neither.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you have incompetent and inexperienced employees onboard, it leads to terrible customer experience and this store is a testimony to that.
They didnt have the expertise to evaluate my glasses or tell me if it needed to be replaced. Requested for a cleaning cloth which they couldn't provide even if I was willing to pay. It's a hysteric joke that an optical store doesn't these basic stuff. The store employee was constantly dismissive and disinterested assuming at first that I wasn't going to make him a sale (Women right! ? So obviously...) but immediately had a change of mind when he realised that I'm a returning customer since last 8 years.
Shaheed nagar store is a notch better.
