★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i had gone to get my specs tightened at gkb opticals but faced the repacussions..The rude staff spoiled my specs n gave undue stretches on the frame and now they are charging unnecessary cost for the correction.Can someone pls help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are doing big sales talk, but are not able to make good glasses. The pair I bought was supposed to have the same strength over the entire field of vision... But they don't and the personal rather blames the customer than the glasses they have sold
My recommendation: Don't shop from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frames appear to be duplicate poor quality. Color of the frame started fading on day2 of use. When I went for replacement; poor response. Staff says that the are just employees and can not do anything. I left my frame and now even after 5 days; they have no clues what to do! Stop picking up calls and and when I could reach them; the answer was that it may take weeks and even months.
Frame was duplicate. No Authenticity.
