★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 night and 6 days trip booked with delaux package. My worst experience with "snow Castel " Manali where no is available in reception in maximum times, dangerous steps to reach 4th floor. When I asked for the difference between standard and delaux packing in system, they don't have answer. On the top of it, begin in service sector they are not knowing English and trying to argue with me for everything. They are working like government office where they can not issue invoice after 5.30pm even after getting 100% payment. Looks like they are not professional company and can not handle the guests in proper way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trip management is very good representive Anisha Rana gives us good information about trip and take care of making our trip awesome. Cab driver is very polite and helpful. Hotel is also good. Food is awesome. Owner are very politeand helpful. Thank you glacial adventures for making our trip memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of service provided was very nice. We were a group of 12 people and had trips planned to Manali, Kasol and Tosh. Everything went very smooth.
The driver Mr. Shubham Thakur was really friendly and drove very smoothly through all the terrains and also gave good suggestions during our local visits.
I would highly recommend Glacial adventures for anyone planning to visit Himachal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited manali with my friends And I searched online and found company and booked our kullu manali tour package. It was very professional from the time we booked. All friends had great time in himachal Pradesh. Volvo bus taxi in manali hotel and sightseeing all was perfectly organised and communication was very clear. We are more then happy to recommend this company to whomever it concerns. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. The hotel staff was amazing with good food and hospitality. The hotel was also super clean. The driver (farooq) was also super friendly and professional. They provided a good car. Must try for a good budget trip. Will again book via glacial adventures when I visit Malani. Hotel staff were also very supportive and well behaved. Provide " Snow paradise" room is too good & Food was very tasty and delicious.
Overall, its a awesome and memorable experience in our lifetime.
