★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glam Studio is the worst parlor I have visited so far in Gurgaon. I went here for Loreal Inoa root touch up, waxing and threading. The stylist colored my hair black despite telling her the exact colour that I needed. When I asked her why is the hair color black instead of brown, she replied that it was necessary to use black in order to cover my greys. I always got the brown colour done to cover my greys and this was the first time I heard any stylist saying that only black colour can cover greys.
Also, I found it a bit strange that she mixed the colour somewhere else and brought it to my seat. It had a different smell (I have been using Inoa for the last 4 years and know how it smells). I asked her why the smell was different and she did not reply.
The waxing was done nicely so nothing wrong with that.
I had to stop the threading in between because she was doing it too fast and the thread she was using was too thick so it made my forehead too red. I asked her to leave it as it is.
