★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my limited experience at this salon, 'horrible' is the only word that comes to my mind when I see this salon. An urgent and immediate need of a haircut led me to this salon which is a stone's throw away from my home. The dimly illuminated entrance led into a shabby reception area where you are greeted with a "yes?" by an equally incompetent front staff. After having clearly explained to 3 people of the services I wished to avail, every minute a new person would come up behind the reception desk and yell "YES?". Seeing how inviting and welcoming they were to new business, I was too scared to even let them touch my hair. I can only look up to this establishment as a stain in my locality now.

Especially, the hair services. One of best guidance I recieve is by Piyush Sir, always guides truly based on hair type and condition and what I like the most is he has a versatile and dynamic ways of giving the best haircut. Thank you Sir and thank you glam studios.!?

Pro- Meenu was great at waxing, very patient and attentive. She also gave a very relaxing face massage during facial.
Cons- I was convinced to take Organic facial promising that it would be very effective for my skin but I did not see much change even after the facial.
The pedicure was only okay.
All in all, the staff is very friendly and tries to provide best service but it will be better if they let the customer decide what they want to get done.
